The best and most accurate method is to have one of our professional REALTORS come take a look at your property  - as opposed to determining a price sight unseen by comparing it to other area property’s bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, garage, lot layout, lot size, pool, floor plan... just to name a few.

STAGING

Selling your property is all about presentation and staging your property is a very important aspect of this, but unfortunately its value is often overlooked. So much so, that we stage about 80% of the properties we sell. We have an in-house professional stager who can help determine if your property should be staged, and if needed, will incorporate pieces that appeal to a wide variety of buyers. Staging your property increases interest in the home, and allows buyers to visualize furniture placement and see the true potential use of the space. We find this leads to a faster sale and a higher sales price for our clients!
